Swimming Background:

• Mizzou Aquatic Center
• Swam competitively from ages 8-18
• Swam Masters at Southern Illinois University during undergrad
• Started competing in Triathlons during undergrad (top athlete Junior/Senior year)
• Longest open water race: 5K Waikiki Rough Water
• Competed with Indiana Swim Club during grad school and helped win East Coast Championships both years

Other Information:

• Started Mizzou Swim Club after realizing there were too many talented swimmers at Mizzou swimming alone. I needed other competitive swimmers to train with and make swimming workouts fun. It's unbelievable how fast the members of the club have bonded and how far they have taken it from our first practice in September 08. Solid bunch of people with a love for the sport, yet hold a bigger passion for having a good time beyond the water (subcommittee HTC).
